I’m an award-winning photographer and dad of three, teaching practical skills to creatives around the world. For over a decade, I've worked in the digital arts from audio engineering to graphic design, animation and film, and now commercial photography. I've honed lighting knowledge that lets me create any look anywhere, simply by understanding the art and science of photography.

I started Luma University because I love seeing the light bulb go off in my students' heads. Nothing beats uplifting the photography community. My goal is clear, teach actionable steps that build confidence and make you not only excited to shoot, but a better, more confident photographer.
